hey everyone welcome to the very first episode of pro TV I'm Axel almond and we're excited to Showcase some of the best student made entertainment from right here at Daniel Pearl Magnet High and I'm Jacqueline Gomez from interviews and spotlights to travel and special events this is your behind-the-scenes pass to the creative side of dpmhs we're kicking things off with on-the-go interviews reported by derina hirva she hit the campus to ask students 1 important question why did you choose the payment test every student has a story that's true what brought them through our doors my name is Nova and today we're on the go Bringing you exclusive interviews from students around the campus let's go please tell that's why I chose to go to the airport on the high school instead of a different School so we found this school on a website and uh we watched their online um open house and then came in for a tour and I loved how small and nice it was and how kind everyone seemed everyone seemed very accepting and I'd always been kind of the odd 1 out so um I think I thought this would be a really good fit for me well I was at a really big school before and I needed to changed my environment and I came here and I felt really welcomed and I felt like it was a good place to be because the music program was nice uh I chose this school because it's a really small magnet school and I like not having a giant campus my mom originally chose the school because she said I had a neck for writing so she chose a journalism school I chose it because it was just generally small and also my best friend was also going here so you know just I like music and I heard a lot about this Cole's music department that's that's the reason uh I chose to go to Daniel from Magna high school because a lot of the schools in my area weren't really the best for me so and I found out about this school and that it was small and focused on journalism I figured it could be a fresh start for me week's meet your crew segment we Spotlight Sebastian nef any musician filmmaker and all around artists this segment created by mows judge Glascock takes us inside Sebastian's world of guitars and music he recently composed the soundtrack for Sora the short film made by our Advanced video production class that by the way won the national grand prize and $3,000 in Surah credits in School library shout out to Mr cruise and advanced video production and the gorilla 2 4 batch and created the perfect was that me yes Sebastian created the theme song to fit a short film inspired by the office let's check it out meet your crew hey I'm Sebastian I'm 17 years old I'm junior in high school I like life I like existing I like trees and like it's just cool to live and you know oh I guitar too let me show you Bell already why so serious I've been playing guitar for 3 years and my biggest inspiration was the problem my guitar teacher who taught me how to play guitar back in Ukraine and he probably still won the is also I'm also really inspired by other guitarists like Johnny Greenwood for radio head or like something more like celery like I don't know like slash and uh haven't been uh we've been planning to get it for almost a year and I also like playing the guitar for School concerts and I'm also trying to learn drums and complain basically well Sebastian's creativity is off the charts whether it's behind the camera or behind the guitar he's helping shape the voice of pro TV next up we're taking you on a virtual trip across the globe Maximilian arabat put together a tour of Paris that will have you feeling like you're strolling the scene time to escape the classroom and take in the art culture and the hey everyone I'm a similar nervous and I'm Daniel Pearl Magnet High School student and today I'd like to tell you about 1 of my favorite city in the world welcome to Paris the city of light it's famous for its beauty history and art Paris is 1 of the most loved cities in the world and it's easy to see why first we have the Eiffel Tower it's over 300 M tall and 1 of the most famous landmarks on Earth you can take amazing photos or go to the top for a view on the whole city next let's visit Disneyland Paris it's a magical place where kids and adults have fun with exciting rides in Disneyland characters it's the perfect spot for an unforgettable day and don't miss the Louver the world's biggest Museum in has thousands of amazing artworks including the Mona Lisa by Leonardo it's a place full of history and Beauty Paris is full of famous places and magical moments it's a city you'll fall in love with so what are you waiting for come visit Paris no that's a field trip I wouldn't mind signing up for right okay before we close out we've got a special bonus segment
