The Electives department comprise faculty members from the entire high school. Many of the faculty members teach one or more elective classes. Our current course offerings include:

Course Description: The major purpose of this course is to introduce students to the systematic and scientific study of the behavior and mental processes of human beings and other animals. Students are exposed to the psychological facts, principles, and phenomena associated with each of the major subfields within psychology. Students also learn about the methods psychologists use in their science and practice. If a student passes the CEEB Advanced Placement Exam, this course may be accepted by colleges for course credit.
