College Financial Aid
FINANCIAL AID for college can be available in various forms:
GRANTS. SCHOLARSHIPS. WORK STUDY. STUDENT LOANS. PARENT LOANS.
Seniors are REQUIRED to complete one of the following 2025-2026 financial aid applications
by March 2, 2025 (Application opens 12/1/2024):
--Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for those with US citizen status
--California Dream Act Application (CADAA) for those without US citizen status
Documents needed for completing these applications:
- Your Social Security Number (for FAFSA only)
- Your Alien Registration Number (if you are not a U.S. citizen)
- Your federal income tax returns, W-2s, and other records of money earned.
- Note: You may be able to transfer your federal tax return information into your FAFSA using the IRS Data Retrieval Tool.)
- Bank statements and records of investments (if applicable)
- Records of untaxed income (if applicable)
- An FSA ID to sign electronically (for FAFSA only)
Secure workshops are regularly held on campus or through the California Student Aid Commission's (CSAC) "CASH4COLLEGE" sessions. See Cash4College website for a workshop near you.
