29  Back to School Night - An evening for parents to visit the school and sit in their child’s classrooms to meet the teachers and hear about what the students will be learning in each class.

8  Homecoming Dance - ASB (Associated Student Body - School Government) works with the PTSA to host a chaperoned school dance in the MPR at night.

30  Pearl E-Games Event - A fun Saturday afternoon event for all families to attend! There will be food, video game competitions, a game truck, and other great tables for all ages to embrace their love of video games.

 

11  World Music Day - A day to celebrate music around the world. Come join our DPMHS musicians as they help our community to unite through the joy of music.

 

18  PTSA ASSOCIATION MEETING @6:30 - In person and virtual

 

20  Movie Night - A movie will be shown on a blow up screen (or the MPR if weather demands it). Grab some food and settle down on a blanket to enjoy a night of entertainment.

Parent/Teacher Conferences - Parents have an opportunity to come chat with the teachers about their child.

 

28  ASB Armor Build - Join a group of Star Wars Cosplay Performers as they help inspire students to build their own armor.

 

8  Multicultural Potluck Event - All DPMHS community members are encouraged to bring their favorite food that represents their culture or heritage. Share it with all for a world cuisine potluck! Cultural performers will be entertaining and students will have fun activities to join.

18  PearlCon - Our annual Comic and Game Convention. Bring your family to enjoy comics, games, talks, auction, vendors, displays, food and even a great Car Show! As Stan Lee said in 2017 - “Many people have remarked that it’s unusual for a high school to host a game and comic book convention, but Daniel Pearl magnet - that's an unusual school. Imagination and a sense of adventure are key elements in comics, gaming, and a good education. And this day is intended to get young people involved in the convention scene while challenging them and having fun, while making new friends.”
